[ it happens when sola disappears with an apology note. she's desperate, feeling so lost despite the home she has found on the pirate ship. she loves them but she also wants her family. so she enters this space station, fully believing that this will somehow bring her closer to them. for as long as she lives, she will never give up on that dream and it seems that whoever found her had known that.
she can do this. managing a ship has given sola so many more skills than she could have possibly developed at diplomacy school. she can do this.
and she's just getting accustomed to this life of solitude, this year away from the core people she had grown attached to, people she misses sorely. the routine is something she has missed, in a way, the steadiness of day to day tasks, meals, extracurricular activities. and that's what she happens upon a familiar voice from the holodeck.
could it be...? no.
even so, she stands outside with her arms folded over her uniform, hair pulled back in a ponytail. aha. she can't help but feel relieved. ]
