[ This is just a friendly spar at best. Nothing more than an excuse for Angeal to keep his mind off things for the time being. If there's one thing the ex-SOLDIER enjoys, it's combat. He's been itching for a good fight ever since his arrival here but he's been too busy. That and the fact he's still having a damn existential crisis. Nothing amps up the dread much like floating in the middle of space but that's beside the point.
While the technology here mirrors his world, he can't help but be a little annoyed with the barren backdrop. After fighting upon the Mako Cannon in Junon several times, this boring dojo-esque design is a complete snore. Nevertheless, he can't complain much.
Angeal takes a quick step back once the girl rushes towards him. He quickly brings up his broadsword to parry the incoming blow. Much like her, he's wielding his sword with both hands despite his strength. He never understood the point of wielding a sword with one hand like Sephiroth does. It always felt too loose and sloppy for his liking but then again, he's not Sephiroth. Not even close but in comparison to his young opponent, he's challenging enough. ]
